Le programme Ars Talens vise à aider les artistes qui ont interrompu leur carrière et souhaitent revenir sur le marché de l'art. Les raisons sont multiples : femmes devenues mères, personnes ayant lutté contre la toxicomanie, les troubles mentaux, etc.
