ARS TALENS PROGRAM 2026

 

ARS Foundation is an entity dedicated to the promotion, dissemination, and consolidation of contemporary artists.

The objective of the ARS Talens Program is to provide creators with a professional, stable, and strategic platform that enables them to stay fully informed and to access new markets, institutions, collectors, and cultural circuits at both local and global levels.

 

To achieve these goals, ARS Foundation has entered into an agreement with the international consultancy THE EMBASSY of ART.

 

THE EMBASSY of ART is an international art consultancy based in Lugano, with more than 10 years of experience in the global art market.

 

Through the joint ARS Talens Program, we offer comprehensive support that combines artistic brand development, visibility, project management, presence at key events, and access to professional networks.

 

 

 

1. Program Objective

 

 

To provide the artist with a real and executable promotion plan, with access to:

 

  • European markets

  • Art fairs, exhibitions, and museum projects

  • Networks of collectors and art advisors

  • Cultural institutions and exhibition spaces

  • Branding, positioning, and communication strategies

  • Commercial support and management

 

 

 

 

2. Services Included

 

 

 

A. Strategy and Positioning

 

 

  • Review of the artist’s career and opportunity assessment

  • Review of curatorial narrative and artistic identity

  • Executive design of the annual commercialization plan and opportunity scouting

 

 

 

B. Promotion and Visibility

 

 

  • Inclusion in the list of beneficiaries of ARS Foundation programs

  • Communication toolkit: storytelling, review of press kit, dossier, biography, and artistic statement

  • Advisory support for dissemination through social media, newsletters, and institutional channels

 

 

 

C. Exhibitions and Projects

 

 

  • Participation in a group exhibition curated by ARS Foundation

  • Presentation of works at cultural events and art fairs

  • Mediation with destination galleries and institutions

 

 

 

D. Commercialization and Market

 

 

  • Introduction to collector networks and corporate art circuits

  • Management and closing of sales opportunities

  • Advisory support on pricing, formats, and career sustainability

  • Monthly newsletter with opportunities and updates

 

 

 

E. Professional Management

 

 

  • Support from an ARS Foundation–approved art advisor (5 hours per year)

4. Financial Conditions

 

 

 

A. Initial Fee

 

 

This fee covers the artist’s onboarding into the program, the initial assessment, and preparation of materials:

 

  • Initial onboarding fee: 3,000 Fr (CHF), subsidized 50% by ARS Foundation

  •  1,500 Fr (CHF) payable by the artist (upon signature)

Includes:

  • Sections 2.A and 2.B

B. Recurring Monthly Fee

For ongoing management, promotion, intermediation, and international development:

 

  • Monthly or quarterly fee: 300 Fr  (CHF) / month, subsidized 50% by ARS Foundation

  • 150 Fr (CHF) / month payable by the artist

 

Includes:

 

  • Sections 2.C, 2.D, and 2.E

 

 

 

 

5. Duration and Renewal

 

 

  • Fixed duration of 1 year

  • Renewable by mutual agreement

  • The artist will receive a semiannual progress report to measure results

 

 

 

 

6. Commitments of ARS Foundation

 

 

ARS Foundation commits to subsidizing 50% of the program cost for the artist.

 

 

6.1 Commitments of THE EMBASSY of ART

 

 

THE EMBASSY of ART commits to:

 

  • Actively and professionally working toward the artist’s international projection

  • Providing preferential access to projects, exhibitions, and opportunities

  • Acting at all times with transparency and respect for curatorial criteria

  • Maintaining constant contact and proactive management of the artist’s career

 

 

 

 

7. Commitments of the Artist

 

 

The artist commits to:

 

  • Providing information, visual materials, and available works

  • Maintaining consistency in pricing and commercial policy

  • Respecting agreed payment deadlines

  • Collaborating in communication and promotional actions

 

 

 

 

8. Formalization

 

 

Entry into the program is formalized through the electronic signature of an Artistic Support Agreement, which includes:

 

  • Rights and obligations of each party

  • Financial conditions

  • Termination conditions
