ARS Hospitality and corporate services is ARS Foundation's line of activity dedicated to art management for the luxury hospitality, corporate and real estate sectors. 

 

What we do

 

We work with hotel properties and real estate projects that understand their art collection as a functional part of brand identity, not as incidental decoration. Our mandate covers the full cycle of a property's art management:

• Defining the visual and curatorial identity of each property.

• Acquiring art works on the international secondary market.

• Valuation, insurance and custody of the collection.

• Cultural communication strategy tied to the hotel, institutional or real estate brand.

• Financial structuring of the collection as an asset, including art leasing formulas for corporate, hospitality and public spaces.

• Art performance and collaborations with brands to energize and attract a select audience to spaces and events.

 

We act as exclusive advisors in matters of curatorship, conservation and finance, with a fee structure tailored to each project.

Corporate Structure

VASARI S.A. is ARS Foundation's commercial and financial vehicle, with over 12 years of experience in the Swiss and international art market. It is a Swiss company wholly owned (100%) by ARS Foundation: 100% of the profits VASARI generates are returned to the Foundation to fund its non-profit cultural programmes (ARS Talens, ARS International, ARS Finance), so that every commercial mandate under ARS Hospitality directly sustains the Foundation's broader institutional mission.

VASARI S.A. also operates the Day Star® and THE EMBASSY of ART® brands, and provides Art Consulting, Art Leasing, Search Art Masters, Collection Services (inventory, archiving, custody, loans, insurance, logistics and customs) and financial structuring for cultural projects.
