ARS Foundation appoints Savannah Kessel and Núria Llorach to its Board of Trustees

The two new trustees strengthen the Foundation’s operational capacity and institutional network across two strategic axes: the Swiss and North American markets, and the Catalan cultural ecosystem.

ARS Foundation, the Swiss non-profit organisation headquartered in Geneva with an active presence in Barcelona and Paris, announces the appointment of Savannah Kessel and Núria Llorach to its Board of Trustees. Both appointments take effect in June 2026 and reflect the Foundation’s commitment to building a governing body that brings together international experience, institutional depth and the capacity for direct action.

Savannah Kessel

Savannah Kessel holds a B.S. in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and an MBA Essentials certificate from the London School of Economics. She brings to the Board over a decade of experience in strategic development and fundraising for cultural and social-impact organisations across complex international environments. From 2020 to 2024 she served as Development Manager at the Fondazione Lugano per il Polo Culturale, where she led strategic development, corporate partnership programmes and fundraising initiatives. Since 2025 she has worked as an independent consultant specialising in cultural and social-impact projects on a global scale.

Her appointment strengthens ARS Foundation’s presence in the Swiss and North American markets and deepens the Foundation’s capacity to develop institutional partnerships and mobilise resources.

Núria Llorach i Molons

Núria Llorach i Molons holds a degree in Education from the University of Barcelona, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and a Master’s in Cultural Management, both also from the University of Barcelona. She is the founder and director of Culturae, a cultural management and communications consultancy she has led without interruption since 2005. Over more than two decades she has built a defining reputation in press management, public relations, protocol and cultural advisory, establishing herself as one of the foremost figures in Catalonia’s cultural sector.

Her appointment comes at a moment of active growth for ARS Foundation in Spain: the Foundation will present the ARS International Award at ARTESANTANDER 2026.

“Savannah and Núria represent precisely the kind of leadership ARS Foundation requires at this stage: people who understand how cultural institutions work from the inside, who have genuine networks and are prepared to put them to work in the service of a shared endeavour. We want an active, working board. We are looking for strategic partnership.”

— Jaume Torres, President, ARS Foundation
