Transparency and Right of Access to Information

In accordance with the applicable regulations governing Swiss foundations, ARS Foundation makes available to individuals or entities demonstrating a legitimate interest information relating to its agreements, remuneration policies, beneficiaries of grants, scholarships and awards, as well as its annual management report and the corresponding audit report.

Requests for access to this documentation must be submitted in writing to legal@ars.foundation. Each request will be reviewed by the competent body of the Foundation and, where the applicable legal requirements are met, access will be granted in accordance with Swiss law and the Foundation’s statutes.
