Ethics, Compliance and Ethics Channel

Principles of Action 

 

In order to carry out its activities, ARS Foundation is guided by the following principles:

 

Compliance with laws and standards

All individuals associated with ARS Foundation are required to conduct their activities with integrity and in full compliance with:

 

  • Applicable laws and regulations in force.

  • The Foundation’s internal policies and governance framework.

  • Established ethical principles and codes of conduct.

  • The obligations and commitments undertaken in contractual relationships with third parties.

 

 

Integrity and transparency

ARS Foundation operates with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency. These principles extend to all collaborators, partners, and suppliers with whom the Foundation engages, encouraging alignment with the same standards of conduct.

 

In this context, ARS Foundation aligns its activities with internationally recognized principles, including those set out in the United Nations Global Compact, particularly in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.

 

Social and environmental responsibility

ARS Foundation is committed to contributing to a more socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable world. As part of this commitment, the Foundation seeks to align its programs and initiatives with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), integrating sustainability into its strategic vision.

 

Respect for people

ARS Foundation upholds respect for individuals, their dignity, and their fundamental rights. The Foundation promotes equal opportunities and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, abuse, or any form of inappropriate conduct based on gender, race, nationality, or any legally protected characteristic.

The Foundation’s principal asset is its people and the values that guide them. ARS Foundation fosters a culture of respect, diversity, and collaboration, recognizing and valuing the contribution of each individual. It promotes teamwork as a means to achieve stronger, more effective outcomes.

Ethics Channel

 

In line with its commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and zero tolerance for behavior that may contravene its principles, internal policies, or applicable legislation, ARS Foundation provides an Ethics Channel.

 

This channel enables any individual connected to the Foundation to report, in strict confidence, any conduct that may be considered unethical, unlawful, or contrary to the Foundation’s standards.

 

ARS Foundation encourages the use of this channel whenever necessary and ensures that all communications will be handled with the utmost discretion and diligence.
